As the year draws to a close, there is no doubt that 2020 has been defined by challenges and changes to the way Bankers operate. From PPP to social distancing and working remotely, we have had to learn news ways to interact with our customers and colleagues. Thus, we wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with two white papers authored by our new GSBLSU faculty member, Jack Hubbard, the Chief Experience Officer at St. Meyer & Hubbard.  Jack’s  humorous style and street savvy approach have taken him to 49 states where he has served as key note and breakout presenter for state and national banking associations, and will be teaching a freshman elective for the 2021 Session focused on Building Business Relationships.
