The above link is an instructional video that that coincides with the (revised) demand forecast slides.

Some students indicated a problem downloading the files. If they have a problem with our files or any of the others on the GSB site (including the case study cover sheet files), they can right click on the file and save the file ("save target as") with the appropriate extension. They should simply save the file with an Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx) or Word (.docx) extension on their computer. It turns out that this is a problem with the Internet Explorer browser and MS 2010. So, if you have students who call and indicate that the file tries to open as a zip file etc., they are probably using Explorer. This apparently is not a problem with the old versions of PowerPoint (.ppt), Word (.doc), or Excel (.xls) as Explorer recognizes them correctly. There is also a fix in the Explorer settings but the "save target as" will fix the problem for our purposes.
